1. The service
Ecosys One is a multi-tenant operating platform for coordinating organizational work, people, clients, files, communications, financial-readiness information, integrations, and accountability workflows. The person creating an organization represents that they are authorized to accept these terms for it.
2. Accounts and permitted use
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, maintain appropriate user access, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for content submitted by your organization and for obtaining permission to process client, employee, contractor, and connected-account data.
You may not probe another customer's data, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, abuse service capacity, or use the service to violate another person's rights.
3. Plans, trials, and payment
A trial does not create an automatic charge unless the checkout flow clearly states otherwise and you submit payment details. Paid subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, invoices, and payment methods are handled through Stripe. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Plan limits and included capabilities are shown on the pricing page.
4. Customer content and connected services
You retain ownership of customer content. You grant the service the limited right to host, process, transmit, and back up that content only as needed to provide and secure the service. Third-party services such as Google, Microsoft, QuickBooks, GoHighLevel, Stripe, Vercel, Supabase, and email providers remain governed by their own terms and availability.
5. Electronic records and signatures
When you use the native signature workflow, you agree that electronic actions, typed signatures, timestamps, document hashes, and audit records may be used as evidence of intent. Your organization is responsible for deciding whether a particular document or jurisdiction requires another form of execution or legal review.
6. Availability, changes, and warranties
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We work to preserve reliable access, recovery paths, and clear notice of material product changes, but do not promise uninterrupted operation or that the service replaces legal, tax, accounting, medical, or professional advice.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access when necessary to protect customers, comply with law, address nonpayment, or stop harmful use. Organization administrators may request export or deletion from Settings. Retention may continue where required for security, billing, dispute, or legal obligations.
8. Liability and contact
To the extent allowed by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any total service liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the twelve months before the event, except where a limitation is prohibited by law.
