Information we process
We process account identity and authentication data; organization, workspace, role, client, project, task, form, file, agreement, communication, billing, and accountability data; product settings; device and security logs; support communications; and records deliberately synchronized from connected services.
Connected providers are scoped by consent. Current integrations can include calendar and mail metadata, QuickBooks business records, GoHighLevel CRM records, Stripe billing state, and custom-domain configuration.
Why we process it
We use information to provide the requested workspace, enforce tenant and role boundaries, synchronize authorized providers, send transactional messages, process subscriptions, support customers, prevent abuse, investigate failures, improve accessibility and reliability, and comply with law.
Roles and sharing
For customer-controlled workspace content, the customer organization generally determines the purposes of processing and Ecosys One acts as its service provider. We disclose data to infrastructure and integration providers only as needed to deliver the service, follow customer instructions, secure the platform, or meet legal obligations. We do not sell customer content.
Retention and deletion
Active records remain while an account or organization needs the service. Deleted, archived, audit, backup, billing, and security records may be retained for limited operational or legal periods. Administrators can request a structured export or organization deletion from Settings; individual data requests may also be sent to the contact below.
Security
Controls include authentication, row-level database authorization, server-side permission checks, scoped OAuth consent, encrypted secret storage, audit records, and restricted service credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please report a suspected issue through the security page.
Choices and rights
You may update account details, disconnect providers, change notification and accessibility preferences, request access or correction, and ask for export or deletion where applicable. Organization administrators control most workspace-level records and membership decisions.
